Mido “Gilt” Multi-Centerchrono Chronograph

SOLD

Description

Up for grabs is the ever-popular Mido “Multi-Centerchrono”, circa 1950s. The Mido Multi-Centerchrono is a chronograph that utilizes two chronographs hand – one to function as a chronograph sweep hand, and the second to count down the minutes from the chronograph function – in lieu of a traditional minutes register. This particular example features a highly desirable black glossy dial, with copper galvanic print, an inner 24-hour dial, and pulsations scale around the ring of the dial.

This example is in great condition. The case does not show signs of polishing. The dial is extremely glossy, with no visible flaws. The lume in the hands is still present, but may have been relumed at some point in the past.
